THE Duplo Prestígio Group just launched the event Rookies Meet the Top, an initiative aimed especially at real estate rookies. This event, which takes place monthly, features a top producer from the group, who shares his story in the sector and gives valuable tips to help rookies grow in the early stages of their careers.
Each edition of “Rookies Meet the Top” includes an inspiring talk by the guest top producer, followed by a snack that allows for informal conversations, giving rookies the opportunity to share experiences and clarify doubts directly with the most experienced professionals.
Despite being an internal initiative, “Rookies Meet the Top” is open to rookies from any real estate agency who want to learn and share experiences with colleagues in the sector.
