5. Disclosures and Transfers of Data
To the extent necessary for the above purposes, we will transfer your personal data to the following recipients:
o Other commercial companies belonging to the Duplo Prestígio Group, namely, FIGURAS EXÍMIAS, LDA, NIPC and registration number at the Commercial Registry Office 515 084 557, with registered offices at Rua Fernão Mendes Pinto, nº5, Loja C, Infantado, in 2670-388 Loures, with a share capital of one hundred thousand euros;
Our franchisor GANHAR – CONSULTORIA DE GESTÃO, LDA, NIPC 504689371 and headquartered at Edifício do Centro de Escritórios Campo Grande, Avenida do Brasil, N 1 1700-062 Lisbon (“Re/max Portugal”), EMP/ESP Real Estate Franchising, Inc., Alpenstrasse 15, Postfach 7863, ch-6302, Zug, Switzerland (“Re/Max Europe”), as well as Re/Max other franchises in Europe and their respective franchisees;
GryphTech Inc., 2595 Skymark Avenue, Suite 206, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; and
the other IT service providers we work with.
Some of the above-mentioned recipients are located in or process personal data outside your country. The level of data protection in another country may not be equivalent to that in your country. 6. Retention periods
We will retain the data we automatically collect from you when you visit this website for a maximum of six months. The Customer, as data subject, also has the right to withdraw his/her consent for the processing of data at any time. This change of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent previously given.
When technically feasible, the Customer may request the portability of their data to another data controller, in which case the data will be kept only for the exercise or defense of claims.
Also for this purpose (sole effects of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings), data may be retained when exercising some of the rights identified above.
